The SMI Baseline combines a strength, mobility, and independence baseline test with a readiness and goal-setting session, giving you a practical picture of where you are and what to work toward.
Current members and holders of eligible larger packages or memberships receive the SMI Baseline at no extra cost. It’s also included when you purchase a larger package or membership—including personal training, small-group training, or group classes. If you buy the assessment first, the full $125 cost is credited when you join within 14 days. The $295 Trial Package does not include the SMI Baseline and does not qualify for the $125 credit.
Returning clients can revisit the same measures each year to see what has changed and set the next round of goals.
